Central Technology Operations exists to empower innovation and enable scalability for teams across our organization. We strive for operational excellence to foster data-driven decision-making and enable teams to focus on transformative creativity. Joining Operations means working with strategic partners in world-class technology teams, opportunities to streamline processes and eliminate barriers, and telling stories that support the evolution of interactive entertainment.

We are seeking an Assistant Development Manager to help us coordinate projects, support teams, and ensure work is delivered with quality and alignment. You will contribute to cross-team collaboration and process efficiency, while building skills in project management.

You will:

  • Support project tracking, reporting, and workflow improvements.
  • Identify and resolve minor conflicts; escalate issues with solutions.
  • Monitor resources, risks, and dependencies, providing timely updates.
  • Promote quality by ensuring deliverables meet agreed standards.
  • Contribute tactical input that informs broader planning.
  • Build awareness of operations function through mentoring

You bring:

  • 2+ years in project coordination, development, or related roles.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to recognize risks, resolve issues, and improve processes.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
  • Detail-oriented

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).

PAY RANGES

* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$72,300 - $99,800 CAD

In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance.
