We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join the team in Winnipeg. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, managing orders with precision, and supporting sales growth through proactive communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with customers.
  • Communicate professionally by phone and email to address customer inquiries and needs.
  • Prepare, produce, and follow up on customer quotations.
  • Accurately process and manage purchase orders.
  • Source competitive supplier quotations to ensure customer value.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch and organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • University or College degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of inside sales or customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Strong problem-solving and objection-handling skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and work ethic.
  • Forklift license is considered an asset.
