If you're passionate about patient care and looking for a supportive, growth-oriented team What you’ll do: Greet and interact with patients in a friendly and professional manner Present and explain treatment plans clearly, answering any patient questions Coordinate and schedule appointments to optimize clinic flow Process referrals and manage patient correspondence Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment and next steps Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical records (EMR) systems Collaborate with the front office team and support general administrative duties as needed Ensure a patient-first mindset is reflected in every interaction What you’ll bring to the role: Minimum 3 years of dental administration experience and 1 year of treatment coordination experience Experience and competency with treatment planning Proficiency in electronic medical record systems; knowledge of Cleardent software is an asset Solid understanding of dental terminology, including implant procedures Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail with strong organizational skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment A team-player mentality and the ability to contribute to a positive team culture Who we are: Welcome to Passion Dental Group, a team of dedicated dental professionals committed to providing exceptional care and building a community of like-minded individuals who share our values.
