Position Overview
Are you passionate about digital HR transformation and motivated by the tangible impact of data on strategic decision‑making? This key role places you at the centre of the evolution of Belron’s HR systems. As a Senior Consultant, HR Information System (HRIS) and Data Analytic, you will act as a national subject‑matter expert and strategic partner, combining technological expertise, HR data analytics, and business acumen. You will actively contribute to the optimization of HR processes, the integration of innovative solutions (including artificial intelligence), and the continuous improvement of the user experience, while collaborating with an international community of HRIS experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead continuous improvement and innovation of HR processes through HRIS technologies.
- Manage and evolve the Workday platform in Canada, including the deployment of new modules and functionalities.
- Lead the implementation of a time and attendance management system.
- Ensure and optimize integrations between Workday and related systems (payroll, finance, IT, etc.).
- Develop, maintain, and interpret HR dashboards, metrics, and analytics to support decision‑making.
- Actively contribute to the strategy and deployment of artificial intelligence capabilities within HR.
- Serve as a subject‑matter expert for complex HRIS issues, including incident resolution and system performance.
- Contribute to strategic HR transformation initiatives in collaboration with local and international teams.
Requirements and Qualification
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR information systems and process optimization within complex corporate environments.
- Proven expertise in HRIS platform management; strong knowledge of Workday is considered a major asset.
- Strong skills in project management, system integration, and strategic business needs analysis.
- Excellent analytical abilities, a structured mindset, and the capacity to translate complex challenges into practical solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, advise, and engage stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Advanced proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written, to effectively collaborate internationally, including with the global head office in the United Kingdom.
Work Model
This role is based on a hybrid work model, with an expectation to work from the office at least two days per week.
