The Opportunity: Hudbay Minerals Inc. is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor at our Lalor Mine, reporting to the Mobile Maintenance Superintendent. This position will be a 7/7 opportunity.Please note this is not a fly in-fly out opportunity. We have a fully equipped camp available for those who wish to drive in and out of Snow Lake, and housing assistance is available to move you and your family to the vibrant community of Snow Lake if you wish.

Responsibilities:
- To supervise and direct activities of crew members and manage the execution of all scheduled and urgent work to specification, while on shift, to ensure repair tasks are conducted in a safe and timely manner per the Superintendent’s plan to support the continuous operation of the mine.
Professional Experience / Qualifications:
- Red Seal Industrial Journeyperson Heavy Duty Equipment Technician
- First Aid and CPR Certificates
- WHMIS Training
- Confined space training, supervisory training, lock-out procedure training
- Supervisory Experience
- Strong commitment to safety.
- Ability to foster a climate of safety and continuous improvement.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
