Engagement Sales Representative (Commission‑Based)
Remote • Flexible • Community‑Focused • Must be based in Canada
Easy Peasy Tees is growing, and we’re looking for natural connectors who love building relationships in their community and supporting local schools. This is a flexible, commission‑based role ideal for parents, caregivers, educators, or anyone who enjoys meaningful, people‑first work.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with schools using our proven outreach scripts
- Build relationships with administrators and staff
- Activate new school partners
- Log weekly outreach in our CRM
You’ll receive a starter list of schools, step‑by‑step guidance, and ready‑to‑use marketing materials — you’re not starting from scratch.
Compensation
Commission only + multiple bonuses:
- $300–$1,000+ per school activated
- Fast‑Start Bonus
- Second School Bonus
- Milestone Bonuses
- Weekly CRM Bonus
- Media Exposure Bonus
OTE: $5,000–$7,000 (side hustle), $12,000–$14,000 (steady part‑time), $30,000+ (high performer)
