As an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Analyst, you will contribute to our team by: Responsibilities
The Analyst functions as an embedded AI resource within local operations(district or functional department), supporting real workflows and frontlineadoption. Formulate recommendations to optimize business processes through AI andautomation. Prepare clear, workflow-rooted problem statements and intakesubmissions to ensure AI opportunities are accurately scoped. Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases that deliver measurable businessvalue and operational efficiency. Coordinate AI solution assignments, including documenting user and systemrequirements for AI enabled solutions. Support early-stage adoption activities,including readiness, user guidance, and capturing feedback to improve solution fit. Collaborate with teams to support the design, configuration, and rollout of AIenabled tools and workflows, ensuring solutions align with real operational needs. Develop business cases, cost benefit analyses, and implementation plans for AIinitiatives. Plan and support user acceptance testing for new AI enabled systems andenhancements. Support early-stage adoption and readiness activities, includinguser guidance, feedback capture, and troubleshooting during pilots and rollout. Monitor usage and performance of AI-enabled tools, identifying frictionpoints and opportunities to enhance adoption or workflow fit. Ensure smoothintegration with existing technology platforms and adoption by end users. Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and teams to ensureclarity, alignment, and timely delivery. Track performance metrics, analyze ROI, and provide actionable insights forcontinuous improvement and scaling of AI solutions. Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and recommend tools or platforms toenhance PCL’s digital capabilities.
Qualifications
Technical fluency with AI-enabled tools, prompts, and low/no-code configuration is an asset. Possess business acumen and an understanding of how to incorporate AIsolutions that positively contribute to business operations. Effective visual, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability tocommunicate complex ideas and concepts clearly and concisely. Demonstrates strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of theorganization, proactively building relationships and aligning perspectives. Proven ability to influence and gain buy-in from stakeholders, using data driveninsights and clear communication to advocate for AI initiatives and guide decisionmaking. Strong understanding of business process mapping and requirementsdocumentation. This role supports light technical experimentation (e.g., promptworkflows, local automations) within established governance. Ability to translate business needs into actionable AI solutions. Ability to think logically and analytically, interpret and solve problems withattention to detail. Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask andprioritize own work within deadlines and constraints.
