What you will do:

  • Deliver engagements under the direction of Senior Leadership
  • Lead the design and architecture of SAP SuccessFactors solutions across various modules
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP SuccessFactors best practices, configuration, and customizations
  • Plan, coordinate, and lead workshops with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide training, or discuss project scope and objectives.
  • Implement and support HRM modules in SAP SuccessFactors as the overall HR Lead
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for SAP SuccessFactors with deep expertise in Employee Central (EC) and deep expertise in at least two other talent areas
  • Has broader knowledge of how different modules weave together in SAP SuccessFactors and connects/exchanges data
  • Understands and recommends clients of latest and greatest from SuccessFactors including AI Use case and capabilities offered
  • Accountable for requirement gathering workshops, conference room pilots, and drive user testing and training workshops.
  • Design and implement solutions to drive business led technology enabled transformations.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, partners, and customers in multiple areas.
  • Conduct a thorough review of client deliverables (i.e. all documentation) to ensure they are presented in accordance with our client’s quality standards.
  • Undertake or manage configurations to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Undertake or manage technical activities such as data conversions, integrations, security etc.
  • Work with agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Manage and work in teams and individually as needed, including international teams

What you bring to this role:

  • Experience in managing teams and delivering projects within scope, time, and budget.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field is typically required for roles in SAP HCM or SuccessFactors HCM. Advanced degrees or certifications in SAP HCM technologies or HCM are advantageous.
  • 7+ years prior experience in managing teams, SAP HCM administration, configuration, or functional support roles is highly desirable. This includes proficiency with all modules.
  • 10+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors with at least 3 full-cycle implementations as a Solution Architect.
  • Deep expertise in two or more SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance, etc.).
  • Proficiency in related SAP modules (e.g., Employee Central, Time Management and Canadian Payroll) is a plus.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations, middleware technologies (SAP BTP integration suite, Boomi), and data migration
  • SAP SuccessFactors Certification in one or more modules (Employee Central preferred).
