Project Overview Kruger Packaging is making changes to its business processes and systems. Two major projects will occur simultaneously: an in-depth analysis of the current end-to-end business processes across operations to determine the most effective future process, and the implementation of a new CRM solution, which requires reviewing existing processes and applying an ideal solution to support the business.

About The Role We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Business Analyst to lead the review, modeling, and optimization of our end-to-end business processes within a manufacturing environment. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and will also play a key role in the successful implementation of supporting systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process analysis, manufacturing operations, and enterprise system implementations, with a proven ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. We are looking for a rigorous, versatile, and autonomous professional who thrives equally well in structured analysis and in agile environments.

The candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization and be willing and able to travel to various sites, including those located in the United States. Travel requirements are estimated to range from a minimum of 10% and up to 40%, depending on project phases.

Key Responsibilities Manufacturing Process Analysis & Optimization (70%)

  • Analyze, design, and implement improved processes across production, procurement, maintenance, quality, customer service, finance...
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation or standardization.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop future-state process models and drive change management initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the packaging division.

CRM Implementation Support (15%)

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support the rollout of the new CRM system.
  • Ensure manufacturing processes are aligned with CRM capabilities and business requirements.
  • Participate in system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration (5%)

  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with teams from various departments to gather requirements and validate process improvements.
  • Act as a liaison between manufacturing, IT, and commercial teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, from shop floor to senior leadership.

Documentation & Reporting (10%)

  • Create and maintain process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and improvement charters.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process optimization and CRM adoption.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

Minimum 7–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on manufacturing environments.

Proven experience leading cross-functional process optimization initiatives.

Proven experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle) is a plus.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar CRM platforms is an asset.

Bilingual (English/French) is mandatory.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Willingness and ability to travel to various company sites, including locations in the United States. (The candidate must be legally authorized to travel to the United States.)
