#####About the Role
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, the Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our hiring efforts and ensuring the smooth operation of our People & Culture team. This role is heavily focused on recruitment coordination and candidate experience, while also contributing to core HR programs, systems, and employee processes. You will work closely with hiring managers and employees across the organization to support a seamless and people-first experience.
#####What You Will Do
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Coordinate recruitment for a variety of operational and corporate roles, supporting hiring managers throughout the process
- Manage job postings across job boards, social platforms, and internal channels
- Screen incoming applications and identify candidates aligned with role requirements
- Coordinate interviews and support structured hiring practices, including collecting feedback and maintaining scorecards
- Conduct pre-screen and in-person interviews for operational roles
Administer pre-employment assessments and coordinate reference checks - Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support employer branding initiatives, including monitoring and responding to online reviews
- Maintain and administer the applicant tracking system, ensuring candidate records, postings, and pipelines remain accurate and organized
- Support pre-hire onboarding and assist with first-day orientations as needed
HR Systems & People Operations Support:
- Support administration of the HRIS, including employee documentation, requests, and workflows
- Assist with key HR processes such as performance review cycles and employee records management
- Help manage employee inquiries through HR case management tools
- Maintain accurate employee data and documentation
- Support leave of absence processes and collaborate on return-to-work planning
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team projects

You bring a strong foundation in recruitment coordination and HR processes, along with a proactive mindset and a willingness to learn and grow within a People & Culture team.

- Salary Range:$62,000 to $72,000, plus a profit sharing plan
- Competitive vacation and paid time off packages tailored to your role and experience

We’re also committed to engaging in third-party testing and certifications for fire safety, thermal efficiency, wind loading, product health, and environmental impact and durability testing against weathering.
