Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform Configurator – 8 Month Contract Kitchener, Cambridge, Waterloo Region, ON Full time in office About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform Configurator to join a high-performing technology team focused on delivering impactful digital solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies. Key Responsibilities As the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform Configurator, you will: Conduct business analysis to understand stakeholder, client, and system requirements. Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to design and develop user interfaces and integrations within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. Configure, customize, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet evolving business needs. Design and develop solutions using Power Pages, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Create and maintain C# plug-ins and custom components for Dynamics 365 CRM. Ensure all solutions adhere to security, compliance, and data integrity requirements. Participate in code reviews, configuration reviews, and technical walkthroughs. Develop and execute unit and integration testing to validate system functionality and quality. Perform comprehensive testing and validation to ensure configured solutions align with business requirements. Troubleshoot application issues, analyze root causes, and provide ongoing system support. Promote best practices for scalable, maintainable, and upgrade-friendly solutions. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system optimization. Support continuous enhancement initiatives and contribute to the overall technology roadmap.
Qualifications & Experience Required Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience configuring and developing solutions within: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Power Pages Power Automate Power Apps Experience implementing Dynamics 365 CRM enhancements through: Customizations Plug-ins Custom workflows Reports and dashboards Third-party integrations Strong technical expertise in: JavaScript SQL Microsoft CRM SDK SSRS C# Demonstrated ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Preferred Microsoft certifications related to: Dynamics 365 CRM Power Platform Power Pages Power Automate Power Apps Power BI
