We are a market leader in energy and processing facilities design, supporting projects across natural gas, oil, heavy oil, carbon capture, hydrogen, biofuels, and emerging energy sectors.

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator with 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience who is eager to develop their skills and grow a career in recruitment. This role offers hands-on exposure to full-cycle recruiting, close collaboration with hiring managers, and mentorship from experienced recruitment professionals.

What You’ll Do
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will support recruitment activities across multiple disciplines and geographies. You will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates, while learning best practices in talent acquisition.

Recruitment Support

  • Assist with full-cycle recruitment activities
  • Review applications and conduct initial screening calls
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Assist with reference checks and background screening
  • Support preparation of offer documentation and employment agreements

Sourcing & Talent Attraction

  • Support sourcing activities using job boards, LinkedIn, and social media platforms
  • Assist in posting job advertisements and maintaining accurate job postings
  • Help build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers across departments
  • Support communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Assist with inbound resumes and recruitment-related inquiries

Process & Administration

  • Help maintain updated lists of open positions and recruitment status
  • Support recruitment reporting and administrative tasks
  • Participate in continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools
  • Conduct video interviews using Microsoft Teams as required

About You
You are an early-career recruitment professional who enjoys working with people, learning new skills, and contributing to a positive candidate experience. You bring:

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and job boards
  • Working knowledge of LinkedIn and social media recruiting tools
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience in engineering, technical, or EPC/EPCM environments is considered an asset but not required.
