Home location: Engineering Technology Building
(May be required to work at any Booster Juice campus locations as required.)
Classification: 1-General
Position: Hospitality Associate
Full-Time or Part-Time:
SEASONAL: Part Time, minimum 24 hours per week, up to 39.5 hours per week
Hourly Wage Rate: $22.58 per hour
Anticipated Normal Work Schedule
Monday – Thursday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
Friday: 11:00am – 3:00pm
Note: This schedule is subject to change based on the needs of the unit. Incumbent may be occasionally required to work nights and weekends.
Job Description Summary
-
Must be able to perform fast, accurate customer transactions in a friendly manner. May be required to perform a cashier test.

Must be able to keep up with high-volume customer demands while maintaining our high standards.

Must successfully complete Booster Juice training.
-
Must adhere to all Booster Juice standards, policies, and procedures at all times.
-
Maintain accurate time, temperature, delivery, and cleaning logs.

Perform all duties of any job classification equivalent or lower, filling in wherever needed to assist in excellent customer service.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- May assume responsibility for opening and closing of the facility.
- Maintain the levels of supplies, cleanliness, and tidiness of display fridges, merchandisers, counters, walls, shelves, and glass.

Must adhere to Hospitality Policies and procedures, including the principles of FIFO.

Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

Understand and deliver good customer service.

Education & Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced cashier position.
- Previous experience in a similar operation is an asset.
- Must have good communication, reading, writing, and English skills.
