As a Senior Cybersecurity Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and continuously improving policies, defense strategies, and simulated attack scenarios to protect the company’s digital assets. You will work in a complex environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to anticipate, detect, and neutralize advanced threats. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong strategic analysis skills, and a proactive approach to security.

In this role you will :

  • Lead offensive operations: Design and execute realistic attack scenarios, perform penetration tests, and identify security vulnerabilities using frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK.
  • Strengthen defenses: Implement detection and incident response mechanisms, develop automated playbooks (SIEM/SOAR), and maintain proactive threat monitoring.
  • Manage security tools: Deploy, configure, and optimize Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Intune, and other EDR/XDR solutions.
  • Analyze and report: Produce technical and executive reports on vulnerabilities and incidents, and present recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Educate and train: Create educational content, lead training sessions, and organize cybersecurity awareness campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams: Work with legal teams, clients, vendors, and technical departments to ensure compliance, quality, and solution integration.

What we're looking for :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity (Master’s degree is an asset) or equivalent experience.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, including 3 years in Red Team/Blue Team roles, with proven expertise in Microsoft Defender and similar tools (Sentinel, Intune, etc.).
  • Strong skills in advanced penetration testing, forensic analysis, incident investigation, and knowledge of frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, ISO 27001.
  • Excellent ability to simplify technical concepts, create educational content, and lead training sessions.
  • Certifications: OSCP, CEH, CISSP, Microsoft Security Expert (SC-200, SC-300, SC-100, MD-102) are major assets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
