About The Role

We are looking for a Service Technician to join our team at Regina Nissan. The successful candidate is someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and eager to contribute to our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Dedicated to quality of workmanship, diagnostics, and maintenance repair as per required standards. Reports all mechanical or safety related deficiencies not noted on the repair order. Accurately utilizes MPI for 100% for all repair orders. Perform new vehicle PDI. Diagnose/repair, replace parts/components, perform service/maintenance to new and used vehicles as per manufacturer standards. Provides service advisors summary of additional maintenance or required work that need to be performed. Performs road tests to confirm repairs are completed satisfactorily. Accurately records the cause and correction on customer repair orders and completes the Technician portion on MPI and related inspection forms. Provides Service Advisors with accurate parts and labour estimates utilizing MPI. Maintains and follows manufacturer warranty policies and procedures. Guaranteed hours

About You

3rd year, 4th year, Journeyman and/or equivalent experience required. Requires a valid driver’s license with a clean- drivers abstract. Ability to carefully and safely drive both standard and automatic vehicles. Ability to lift and carry heavy items and equipment such as tires, tools, and equipment. Focus on exceptional customer service.
