Join the Pros! As a Category Sales Specialist - HVAC/R you will assist with the development of quotations on various projects. You will coordinate various custom product lines in relation to creating, analyzing, pricing and quoting based on customer requirements. You will be responsible for answering inquiries, dealing with issues and solving problems in a positive manner to ensure a superior level of customer experience. What’s in it for you?

What You Will Do
- Coordinate all required information for the preparation of final submittals, including plans, drawings and other documents to both end customers and vendors.
- Interpret customer requirements, match products to customer specifications and drawings.
- Ensure quote is technically compatible by communicating with other departments and staff to determine and clarify project requirements.
- Use technical knowledge to prepare quotation packages based on the product content and material type.
- Field customer inquiries.
- Coordinate vendor relationships to ensure timely response.
- Gather required data for quote preparation.
- Build and maintain pricing measurements for decision making processes.
- Maintain various data bases and project plans.
What You Will Bring
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with strong business and customer service background preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of MS Office products. Intermediate level Excel skills required.
- Sales quotation background a plus.
- Excellent communications, time management and organization skills are essential to success.
- Strong analytical and data management skills are key.
- Must be patient, highly organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
