Manager with HR responsibility. Typically manages and oversees supervisors and/or hourly/professional jobs and responsible for setting the overall direction for employees.
Job Description
- Develop, implement and manage RBC’s compliance program.
- Coordinates with federal and provincial regulators.
- Planning, implementing and overseeing risk-related programs.
- Creating and coordinating proper reporting channels for compliance issues
