Full Job Description Electrical Estimator - Commercial Construction (Vancouver, BC) Your Role

• Build & maintain relationships with key General Contractors - with a focus on negotiated and CM-at-risk work. Bring your current clients!
• Lead accurate takeoffs and costing for commercial and institutional projects ($500K-$5M+)
• Manage RFIs, addenda, scope clarifications, and bid submissions
• Engage and negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive material pricing
• Deliver clean handoffs to the project management team and support early-stage project KPIs
• Track bid results, feedback, and win/loss analytics

Your KPIs

• Bid Volume: ~$50M+/year in qualified opportunities
• Hit Rate: 20-30% across negotiated and hard-bid work
• Revenue Awarded: $10M+ annually
• GC Relationship Score: Develop 3-5 recurring GC accounts within 12 months & annually
• Bid Delivery: 100% of bids submitted on time, with scope clarity
