Oracle Global HR Functional Consultant - Entry Level
Role: Oracle Global HR Functional Consultant
Location: Canada (Remote)
Visa Status: Canada, Work permit/Citizen/PR
Pay Rate: $60/hr- $70/hr
Travel: Not Required

Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain core HR setups in Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud such as enterprise structures, workforce structures, and person management.
- Gather, analyze, and document HR business requirements and translate them into system configurations within the Oracle HCM Cloud platform.
- Conduct workshops with HR stakeholders to understand employee lifecycle processes like hiring, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- Support system implementation activities including configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment for solutions built on Oracle Corporation HCM applications.
- Troubleshoot functional issues, analyze system defects, and coordinate with technical teams to resolve HR application problems.
- Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support to ensure effective adoption of Oracle Global HR solutions.
