We are looking for a driven, knowledgeable, and entrepreneurial sales professional to help us scale this next phase of growth.

The Opportunity

This role is for someone who thrives in the field — building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing business.

You will be responsible for:

• Signingcommercial pool service contractsacross the GTHA (condos, hotels, gyms, institutions)
• Developing and sellingPreventative Maintenance (PM) programsto both new and existing clients
• Visiting residential clients to educate and upsell premium PM solutions
• Acting as a trusted advisor in theaquatics space
• Helping shape and refine Betz’s PM offering as we scale

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prospect and securenew commercial accounts
• Build relationships with:
• • Property managers
  • Facility managers
  • Condo boards
  • Hospitality operators
• Conduct on-site assessments of pools and equipment
• Design and presentcustom PM programs
• Identify upgrade opportunities (equipment, automation, chemicals, service)
• Work closely with our Service and Operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding
• Track pipeline, leads, and conversions (EOS/WIG driven environment)

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in thepool/aquatics industry(strongly preferred) -**CPO (Certified Pool Operator)**certification
  or willingness to obtain within first 60 days
• Proven track record insales, business development, or account management
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with high accountability and drive
• Comfortable working independently in afield-based role
• Passion for theaquatics industryand delivering premium client experiences

Compensation & Benefits

-Base Salary:$100,000 -Uncapped Commission Structure -On-Target Earnings (OTE): $180,000 – $250,000+
