About the role

Join our team at Garbonzo's Sports Pub Polo Park as a dedicated and experienced Supervisor. This role requires flexibility, with shifts on weekdays, weekends, mornings, evenings, and holidays . As a Supervisor, you will manage daily operations, lead staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and foster a positive atmosphere in the pub. Be part of a dynamic team at Garbonzo's Sports Pub, where we are committed to delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervises staff activities and productivity at all times.
  • Ensures excellent front-of-house service, allocating and supporting staff throughout the shift to maintain exceptional customer service.
  • all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
  • At least one (1) year of supervisory or leadership experience
  • Smart Choices certification
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated hospitality-focused guest service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with POS systems (Squirrel experience considered an asset)
  • Comprehensive beverage knowledge.
