###The Opportunity
DeVry Greenhouses is seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our Merchandising Team! Merchandisers play a crucial role in our merchandising department, ensuring our products are displayed beautifully and effectively to attract and engage customers. If you have passion for creating eye-catching displays and enjoy working in dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!
###Responsibilities
- Unloading shipping racks and setting up store displays
- Stocking, rotating, and maintaining the care of products
- Communicating effectively with clients, team leaders, and team members.
- Creating visually appealing promotional displays for clients.
- Ensuring attention to detail in all tasks.
###Qualification
- Willingness to listen and follow instructions from start to finish.
- Self-motivated with a high energy level.
- Dependable, reliable and consistent.
- Strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Plant knowledge or merchandising experience is an asset but not required.
###Working Conditions
- Ability to work in an outdoor garden centre environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license
- Casual wear (t-shirt, cap and safety vest provided by us)

###Compensation
- Wage for this role is $20-$21.50 an hour.
