About the Role
We’re seeking a Plant Labourer Utility to join our Windsor, Ontario team. This hands-on position is essential to the smooth operation of our production facility. You’ll support daily plant activities, maintain equipment and work areas, and assist in various operations to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production. The ideal candidate is a reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment and is eager to learn new skills.
What You’ll Do
Provide general labour support throughout the plant. Perform setup and cleanup tasks at job sites and workstations. Operate mobile equipment such as forklifts and bobcats safely and efficiently. Maintain plant cleanliness, including shoveling, sweeping, and painting as required. Troubleshoot and assist with basic maintenance or operational issues. Learn and fill in for process operator roles during absences or vacation coverage. Follow all ADM Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
Proven experience working in a high-speed production or industrial environment. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently. Excellent attention to detail and basic troubleshooting ability. Familiarity with standardized industrial procedures, practices, and safety protocols. Good written and verbal communication skills. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous experience in manufacturing, processing, or industrial operations considered an asset.
Other Requirements
Commitment to safe work practices and compliance with local/provincial legislation.
Must pass pre-employment medical.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
