Retail Team Lead / Area Supervisor Location: Regional / Field-Based

About The Opportunity We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Retail Team Lead / Area Supervisor to support the expansion of an innovative retail category across Canada. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing organization and play a key role in driving sales performance, customer experience, and team development in a dynamic, field-based environment.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Experts within your assigned territory
- Drive retail sales growth and ensure targets and KPIs are consistently achieved
- Conduct onboarding, field training, performance reviews, and ongoing coaching
- Oversee scheduling, route planning, reporting, and field operations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and stakeholders
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing company standards in the field
- Partner closely with the Field Manager to share insights, performance updates, and growth opportunities
What You Bring
- 3–4 years of retail sales management or field leadership experience
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- Strong sales acumen with a customer-first mindset
- Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Proficiency in MS Office

- Access to a reliable vehicle (required)
- Criminal background check required
