About This Opportunity Reporting to the Manager, Distribution Centre, the Field Service Supervisor oversees a staff of Equipment Service employees responsible for the installation and service of Cold Drink Equipment. The Field Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations: managing schedules, coaching and developing team, performance management, setting and ensuring Key Business Indicator (KBI) targets and goals are met, driving initiatives and results, auditing employee performance, review of report data to analyze results and ability to enter data into our business systems.
In addition to managing the direct employees, the supervisor is Subject Matter Expert (SME) liaison with internal/ external customers to respond to needs, seek feedback on performance, and creating a positive experience for the customer.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Field Operations team
- Accountable for delivering the Field Service vision and strategy
- Drive employee engagement and organizational health
- Translate Company business data to monitor results
- Coach, motivate and develop talent
- Enhance intellectual capital through training, rewarding, and retaining the Best of the Best
- Performance Management
- Improve productivity of the workforce through current technology enablement, training, process improvement and identifying best practices (e.g., 5S & Lean methodology)
- Audit Fountain Equipment installations to ensure adherence to guidelines and policies of Coca-Cola
- Work cross functionally with Equipment Installation Planning and Sales resources to support special projects as well as routine activities
- Enhance customer relationships both internal and external of the company
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
- 1-3 years experience required
- Effective coaching and talent development
- Ability to analyze and interpret spreadsheets/business data
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in Equipment Service preferred
- Outlook and Excel proficiency
