The work: We are seeking a Delivery Lead, who will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery or a defined component of a contract to meet operational, contractual, and financial commitments. You will ensure service quality and efficiency while managing delivery outcomes and identifying opportunities for follow-on work through up-selling or cross-selling. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, relationship manager and collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
Location Requirement: This role requires on-site presence at the local ATC office 2–3 times per week.
Responsibilities:

Will be the key relationship manager for managing relationships with the client across the R&D environment including, regulatory, clinical, quality etc

Will manage a team of AMS resources (some onshore, most offshore).

Lead the delivery of Salesforce implementation for Clinical and Safety. Collaborate across teams for migration, integration and customizations.
-
Lead the delivery of AWS architectures for application modernization, data migration, cloud-native development, cloud operations, and infrastructure transformation.

Will be responsible for implementation of CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Development) pipeline software product delivery automation by integrating development and operations, optimizing the DevOps solution and establishing security practices across the delivery lifecycle.

Will be responsible for the implementation of clinical trial site payment workflows and for developing the Automated Payment software application.

Will be responsible for designing, strategizing and solutioning migration of Clinical Trial Site payment data from legacy systems to AWS SaaS environment. Will implement monitoring frameworks to ensure seamless transition and operational stability post-migration.

Serve as a Solution Architect for the end-to-end migration of the Grant Management System and ClinOps data to an AWS SaaS environment, with ownership of designing scalable, secure, and compliant cloud architecture.

Will be responsible for digital transformation by designing and implementing scalable and cost-efficient cloud computing solutions to support the client environment.

Ensure delivery excellence by driving quality, consistency, and efficiency across project lifecycles through best practices and continuous improvement. Here’s What You Need:

Deep functional experience in clinical trial environments

Experience as the onshore delivery lead with responsibility for managing client relationships as well as teams in an onshore/offshore model

A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in operations/project management, and technology implementation/integration on full life-cycle Cloud/CRM engagements
-
A minimum of 5 years of experience in AWS and Salesforce.com environments

A minimum of 5 years of experience with design, development, implementation, monitoring and data migration phases of projects.

A minimum of 3 years' experience in Cloud Computing project implementation – Well-rounded in both functional and technical aspects of a CRM engagement

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years' work experience) Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
