The Role
TalentSphere is partnering with a larger Revit-based architecture firm of OAA architects, technologists and interior designers. This firm deals with large scale residential projects with multiple stakeholders. You will join a team of other interior designers. They seek someone with A-Z experience; from schematic design through construction. The successful candidate will be mentored by a senior designer with plans to retire. Reporting to the Lead Interior Designer and other leaders, you seek continued growth in a firm with decades of experience and repeat clients.
What They Seek
7-12 years of experience with NCIDQ/ARIDO certification Strong Revit skills and Adobe Suite especially InDesign; experience with Bluebeam and Revit rendering software Strong OBC, NBC and AODA knowledge Advanced FFE skills; solid millwork and lighting (reflected ceilings); lead or support color selection, finishes and material palettes Ability to coordinate closely with internal and external teams, including clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies to drive project progress. Exceptional communication skills including free-hand sketching to communicate ideas quickly to decision makers in structured teams Experience mentoring others; reviewing construction documentation drawings Experience in leading and participating in design presentations
