Tesla is actively seeking an Inside Sales Associate Manager to lead, motivate, and cultivate a team of Inside Sales Supervisors and Advisors. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily activities of a dynamic Inside Sales Team engaged in high-volume outbound calls. The manager ensures performance excellence, meeting and exceeding sales quotas and overall revenue targets. This position is integral to fostering the growth and success of the entire team by serving as a mentor, manager, and coach
What You'll Do

Mettre en place et suivre des stratégies de vente et des plans d’appels ciblés

Suivre la productivité et encourager l’équipe à atteindre les objectifs de ventes à court et long terme

Contribuer à l’amélioration des résultats en proposant de nouveaux processus, outils et formations
-
Participer aux discussions de développement et accompagner les employés en difficulté avec des plans d’amélioration adaptés

Collaborer avec d’autres départements pour améliorer les offres et répondre aux objections des clients
-
Encadrer les membres de l’équipe par l’écoute d’appels, des appels en tandem et le suivi des indicateurs de performance. Fournir des recommandations à la direction sur les occasions d’amélioration. Agir comme agent(e) de changement positif dans l’équipe

Cultivate and lead a high-performing team of Inside Sales Supervisors and Advisors to consistently achieving or surpass sales targets

Formulate specialized, targeted sales strategies and call/chat plans to drive effective engagement and conversion
-
Monitor and motivate the Sales Team to attain short and long-term goals and ensure continuous productivity

Enhance inside sales results by introducing innovative processes, tools, communications, training, and methodologies

Conduct development discussions, manage performance improvement plans, counseling, and discipline for underperforming team members
-
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to enhance sales offerings and address objections or customer challenges
-
Develop team members through comprehensive reviews of sales calls/chats, tandem calls/chats, and monitoring key performance metrics, as well as perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs
What You'll Bring

Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en gestion ou en supervision d’une équipe de ventes internes ou en centre d’appels

Expérience en formation, encadrement et accompagnement d’équipes

Bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint et Outlook
-
Solides compétences analytiques et sens du détail

Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale, écrite et interpersonnelle
-
Grand sens du service à la clientèle et souci d’offrir une expérience exceptionnelle
-
Autonomie, initiative et motivation personnelle. Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement au rythme rapide. Permis de conduire valide dans le pays d’emploi

Over 3 years of successful experience in managing high-performing sales teams
-
Experience managing leadership preferred
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
-
Detail oriented and strong analytical skills
-
Exceptional coaching, communication, and customer service skills
-
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of effectively dealing with individuals at all levels within and outside Tesla

Valid driver’s license required
