Location: Hinton, Alberta
Position Type: Temporary Full-Time
Duration: 3–6 Months (with possibility of extension)

Opportunity Summary

Associated Ambulance is currently accepting expressions of interest for a Temporary Full-Time Primary Care Paramedic (PCP) position based out of our Hinton station.

This temporary assignment is anticipated to last approximately 3–6 months, with the possibility of extension.

Qualifications & Requirements

The successful applicant(s) will possess the following qualifications:

  • Valid PCP practice permit meeting the requirements for EMS practice in Alberta.

  • Current, valid Alberta Class 4 Driver’s License.

  • Up to date with all mandatory and required training, including MCP and PDIC.

  • Fare Certificate valid in the last 6 months

Schedule

The successful applicant(s) will work on the basis of:

  • Four (4) days on
  • Followed by four (4) days off

Applicants must disclose in their Expression of Interest (EOI) any commitments that could impact their ability to fulfill the requirements of the full-time position.

  • This position is subject to a three-month probationary period.
