ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Sales Consultant to join our Vancouver team and help clients bring their outdoor living ideas to life. This is a full-time, year-round role where you will guide homeowners and businesses through our custom product options and manage projects from first contact to completion.

All leads are provided, so there is no cold calling required. You will represent a product you can be proud of, with strong earning potential and the support of a collaborative, growing team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Follow up on qualified leads, respond to inquiries, and schedule site visits.

  • Meet with clients to assess needs, recommend tailored solutions, and provide product education.

  • Prepare and present accurate quotes, ensuring all details are uploaded into the project management system.

  • Coordinate with project managers to confirm project details, track jobs through completion, and maintain smooth workflow.

  • Handle payment collection and monitor progress to ensure successful closeout.

  • Maintain clear, ongoing communication with clients and the team to ensure satisfaction.

  • Support branch growth by assisting with trade shows, marketing initiatives, and sharing promotional ideas.

  • Participate in sales training and stay current on new product offerings.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven sales experience (ideally in home improvement, construction, or outdoor living solutions) or other strong client-facing roles.

  • Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and independent, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.

  • Comfortable using CRM and project management tools.

  • Valid driver’s license and flexibility for local travel, including evenings and weekends as needed.
