Food & Beverage Reservations & Sales Coordinator
From exceptional dining experiences and seamless reservations to memorable special events, the Food & Beverage Reservations and Sales Coordinator at Fairmont Chateau Whistler plays an integral role in supporting the success of our Food & Beverage operations. In this role, you will coordinate reservations and group dining experiences, support sales and revenue initiatives, and provide administrative and operational support across multiple venues, ensuring outstanding service and an exceptional guest experience at every touchpoint.
This is a full-time, permanent position, beginning in June 2026.
Salary range: $58,000 - $60,500gross annually, dependent on skills and experience.
Job Duties Include:
- Support the development and implementation of sales and revenue strategies to maximize Food & Beverage performance.
- Work directly with guests, conference groups, and tour operators to coordinate dining experiences, large parties, and special requests
- Manage and coordinate restaurant reservations, dining blocks, tour dining, and group dining arrangements.

- Collaborate with the Marketing team to support the promotion and visibility of Food & Beverage venues, events, and seasonal programming
- Assist with coordinating social media content, promotional materials, and in-venue marketing initiatives.
- Maintain organizational systems and structure for the Food & Beverage administrative office
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Food & Beverage and F&B leadership team
- Assist with payroll administration, reporting structures, and departmental communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Food & Beverage operational experience required
- Previous experience in hospitality sales, reservations, administration, or event coordination preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Opera, OpenTable, or Sales & Catering systems considered an asset
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
