Coordinate planting and cultivating activities Organize planting, cultivating and crop harvesting activities Train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality Maintain farm machinery, equipment and buildings Manage overall operation of farm Perform general farm duties Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
