INVIVA Operations Specialist (12-Month Contract)

Job Summary
As the Operations Specialist, you will be instrumental in supporting reporting, Salesforce administration, program coordination, and billing functions for McKesson’s INVIVA Programs and Accounts.
This position is well-suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working with data, and excels at collaborating across cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – minimum 2 days/week on-site
Location: 2300 Meadowvale Blvd, Mississauga, ON
Specific Responsibilities
Reporting & Data Support
- Generate and maintain operational reports.
- Compile and analyze data for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
Salesforce Administration
- Perform routine Salesforce tasks including user management, data entry, and system updates.
- Support system integrity and user experience.
Program Coordination
- Assist in planning and executing INVIVA programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Maintain documentation and track program milestones and deliverables.
Minimum Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, administration, or program support.
Key Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Prior experience in healthcare or program management settings is highly valued and considered a strong asset.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is considered a valuable asset.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
