What You Bring to the Table

  • You’re a people person through and through—friendly, approachable, and confident in your communication (both written and verbal)
  • High attention to detail—you catch the little things that make big impressions
  • Energetic, upbeat, and genuinely passionate about creating standout guest experiences
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and take initiative when things need doing
  • Previous experience in hospitality or property management is a bonus, but not a dealbreaker—we’re all about training the right attitude
  • Comfortable with some light lifting or physical tasks as needed
  • You're comfortable working independently, but also know how to collaborate and contribute to a team environment

Your Days Will Look Like

This role supports two exciting parts of the Gibbons family—Gibbons Life AccommodationsandMountain Club Whistler—so your days will be full of variety and impact. Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll take on:

Gibbons Life Accommodations

  • Coordinate all the behind-the-scenes magic: send check-in details, monitor guest messages, and ensure our condos are guest-ready with atmosphere checks
  • Manage bookings across multiple platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, Booking.com)—track, update, and stay on top of reservations
  • Work closely with our cleaning partners: assign units, track turnovers, and make sure everything’s sparkling for each arrival
  • Keep guest amenities stocked and ready, anticipating needs before they arise

Mountain Club Whistler

  • Be the go-to for Mountain Club administration: process memberships and renewals, answer member inquiries, and manage access credentials
  • Reach out to our growing waitlist with updates and opportunities to join
  • Lead personalized, appointment-based tours of the Mountain Club—showcasing the space and experience
  • Keep facilities in top shape, maintaining a premium standard for members
  • Support the planning and coordination of exclusive member event
