About the role

We are looking for a Store Graphic Designer to join our Store Design team, where creativity meets strategy. This role plays a key part in shaping the look and feel of our stores, contributing to innovative store concepts, custom fixture design, and a wide range of strategic initiatives across the organization.

As a Store Graphic Designer on the Store Design team, you will work on high volume, fast paced projects that directly impact the in-store customer experience. You’ll collaborate with cross functional partners while also taking ownership of projects from concept through final production. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated designer looking to grow their skills, develop sound judgment, and evolve into an independent, strategic thinker.

What you’ll do:

  • Create high quality design solutions using Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) with a strong understanding of print production and execution
  • Design and maintain in‑store graphics including window visuals, signage, promotional materials, and environmental graphics
  • Ensure all store graphics align with brand standards, creative guidelines, and campaign objectives
  • Prepare production‑ready artwork, including correct file setup, specs, and version control
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners including Store Design, Marketing, Merchandising, Dealers, and external vendors
  • Manage updates, revisions, and rollouts for graphics across multiple store locations and formats
  • Support seasonal and promotional initiatives with timely, high‑quality design solutions
  • Maintain organized design files and asset libraries to support efficient workflows

What you bring:

Required

  • Completion of a three year Graphic Design diploma (or equivalent)

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including:

    • Adobe Illustrator
    • Adobe InDesign
    • Adobe Photoshop
  • Strong understanding of print production, layouts, color, typography, and file preparation

  • Experience designing for physical retail environments is strongly preferred

  • Highly self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to receive feedback and iterate designs efficiently

Assets / Nice to Have

  • Background in signage, retail, or environmental design
  • Experience with large‑format graphics, signage, or window displays
  • Familiarity with retail rollouts or multi‑location implementation
  • Basic understanding of store fixtures, materials, or environmental constraints

The successful candidate is a self starter who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys solving problems creatively. You are comfortable working independently but value collaboration and open dialogue. You understand that priorities can change quickly and are able to stay focused on the end goal—even when the plan shifts mid day.

More than technical expertise, we’re looking for someone who brings strong soft skills and the right mindset:

  • Creative, curious, and eager to learn
  • Able to think differently and propose new solutions
  • Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and limited direction
  • Resourceful, with the initiative (“gumption”) to seek out answers independently
  • Confident presenting and defending ideas, while understanding that feedback and alignment are part of the process
  • Has their own point of view and voice, yet understands that decision making is not always democratic

This role is ideal for an Intermediate Graphic Designer who is a “grinder” in the best sense—highly productive, dependable, and motivated—while showing strong potential to grow into a more independent and strategic thinker over time.

Why Join the Store Design Team?

  • Work on innovative, visible projects that directly impact the in store experience
  • Contribute to store concepts and strategic initiatives across the business
  • Develop a broad skill set spanning design, production, presentation, and stakeholder management
  • Be part of a high performance, motivated team that values creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement

We’re always looking for great talent! In addition to competitive pay, we offer:

  • Comprehensive benefits and retirement programs
  • Performance incentives, Continuing Education Programs
  • Other perks to support your well-being
  • Career growth opportunities and product discounts

Our typical hiring range is between $53,000 and $88,000. The target salary range is between $50,000.00 and $60,000.00 CAD Annual. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
