Senior Team Lead Amazon & eCommerce Capabilities Location: North America, Canada, Ontario, Markham Work Location: Hybrid What you will do The Digital commerce Analytics Manager will play a multi-functional role on the Digital Commerce Team. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented person to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support our account management team by analysing performance across Digital Commerce, and emerging platforms to uncover what’s driving growth and unlock opportunities to move faster.

Key Responsibilities

Own business review processes and performance reporting to identify growth opportunities across Digital Commerce channels. Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, pricing, availability, digital shelf, and SKU-level performance to drive data-informed business decisions. Translate complex datasets into clear insights and actionable recommendations, while measuring and tracking business impact. Prepare and deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting, dashboards, presentations, and insights to support sales and business planning. Partner with Account Managers to provide analytical support, answer performance-related inquiries, and recommend optimization opportunities. Conduct promotional and event post-analysis, evaluating results and identifying opportunities to improve future performance. Support annual customer planning activities, including promotions, merchandising initiatives, new product launches, and revenue growth management programs. Assist with deduction management by investigating discrepancies and supporting timely resolution and processing. Maintain reporting documentation, data governance standards, and process efficiencies to ensure accuracy and consistency. Support cross-functional projects, strategic initiatives, and ad hoc analytics requests as required.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years in E-Commerce, digital retail, omnichannel sales, retail media, marketplace management, or commercial analytics. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with proven experience building clean, actionable reporting models Ability to prioritize and to effectively balance multiple projects/initiatives Ability to interpret and communicate complex business data Strong digital literacy, including MS Office Suite applications, sales database, and web applications required Strong analytical skill set and the ability to pull out relevant data points to recognize trends and shape a business story Demonstrated ability to navigate in a matrix organization, developing relationships and moving past barriers Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is needed In-depth computer skills, with the ability to create, manipulate, revise, and modify data, documents, presentations, and spreadsheets What’s in it for you Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:$72,000.00 - $116,150.00 This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
