About the role

Allied is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to deliver recruitment nationally. This is a hands-on role that owns the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing through offer — across functions, seniority levels and geographies.

Beyond day-to-day recruitment delivery, you will also shape how Allied attracts, engages and hires exceptional people. You’ll advise and coach hiring managers, manage external partners and strengthen processes and tools that support successful outcomes. Representing Allied’s employer brand, you will connect remarkable talent to meaningful work, ensuring every hire supports Allied’s contribution to cities and culture.

Your Impact

  • Personally deliver end-to-end recruitment across disciplines and seniority levels, ensuring excellence in candidate quality, experience and fit
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leaders, coaching them on best practices and influencing decisions with data and market insights
  • Enhance the candidate experience, setting the standard for how Allied engages talent
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen employer brand, sourcing strategies and recruitment practices
  • Represent Allied externally with institutions, networks and industry partners to expand reach and visibility
  • Manage recruitment agency partnerships to ensure effective delivery, cost-efficiency and alignment with Allied’s standards

Your Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, outreach, screening, interviewing, offers and closing)
  • Spearhead the design and continuous improvement of recruitment processes, interview frameworks and selection tools
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, networks and external stakeholders to build pipelines
  • Champion initiatives that modernize Allied’s recruitment capabilities including technology upgrades, job description frameworks and employer branding tools
  • Onboard, negotiate with and manage recruitment agencies and vendors to ensure quality, alignment and value
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to hiring managers and peers on recruitment practices, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement
  • Act as an ambassador of Allied’s purpose, representing the company internally and externally

Your Qualifications

  • 6 or more years of progressive full-cycle recruitment experience across functions and seniority levels with exposure to strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong advisory and communication skills with the ability to influence and coach senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success in leading recruitment projects and initiatives that improved outcomes
  • Proven ability to balance high-volume delivery with long-term strategic contributions
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships including contract negotiation and performance management
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking and HRIS systems
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations
