Business Analyst
Required skills:
- Requirement elicitation and documentation
- Feature mapping and backlog management
- Strong technical understanding, preferably with a software development background

Responsibilities:
- Work on a strategic team developing software and solving technical problems across several domain.
- Participates in system requirements definition, testing, training, implementation, and support of enterprise-wide business applications.
- Solicits business requirements through interviews, workshops, and/or existing system documentation or procedures. Uses industry standard analysis techniques to uncover business requirements, such as data flow modeling, use-case analysis, and workflow analysis.
- Documents the results of analysis activities using the appropriate templates and tools.
- Makes recommendations regarding necessary changes on deliverables expected from other groups.
- Assist with production support issues.
- Assist with release activities.
- Participate in all scrum ceremonies including Refinements, Sprint Planning, and daily Stand Ups
- Proven Leader in the field with Strong Interpersonal and communication Skills.
Salary: 86-96k CAD
