About the role

A Taleo client is seeking a highly organized, business-minded Business Coordinator to support day-to-day operations and contribute to business analysis, reporting, and strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing coordination, data analysis, and problem-solving and is comfortable working closely with business leaders to help drive priorities forward. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner by organizing key initiatives, reviewing business performance data, identifying trends, and providing recommendations that support operational improvements and business decisions. Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to business leadership. Coordinate meetings, schedules, communications, and follow-up actions. Review business performance metrics, reports, and Power BI dashboards to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Gather, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions. Prepare presentations, reports, and executive summaries for stakeholders. Track key initiatives, deliverables, and action items across multiple workstreams. Support strategic planning and business improvement initiatives. Identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical solutions. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities and objectives. Conduct research and provide recommendations to support operational and strategic decisions. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a Business Coordinator, Business Analyst, Operations Coordinator, Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar role. Strong business acumen and the ability to understand organizational priorities. Experience reviewing and interpreting data, reports, and dashboards. Working knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. Nice to Have Experience supporting senior leaders or executives. Experience with business reporting, KPI tracking, and operational metrics. Experience contributing to strategic planning or process improvement initiatives. Exposure to project coordination or business operations.
