Position: Service Coordinator

Dealership: Moncton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Location: Moncton, New Brunswick

Classification: Full Time, Immediate Hire

Salary: $20.00 per hour

Your area of focus.

Assisting the Service Manager with the day to day operations of the Service Department, helping to manage client inquires and concerns. 

 

What drives your day-to-day?

  • Act as the primary liaison between the Service Manager and our clients, ensuring clear and transparent communication at every step.
  • Take ownership of varied and complicated customer concerns/issues, resolving matters with professionalism and a win-win mindset, to ensure a satisfied customer. 
  • Assist the Service Manager in the day-to-day flow of the department, keeping the engine running smoothly.
  • Manage the "behind-the-scenes" dynamic by processing paperwork and claims accurately and efficiently.

 

What are the must-haves…

  • OEM/Dealership experience an asset 
  • Strong customer service back ground
  • Completed a related post-secondary program and or training courses would be valuable 
  • Working knowledge of industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered 
  • Strong organizational skills required for this role
  • Thrives in a team focused environment
  • Experience with service applications with ADP / CDK including dispatch also considered an asset 
  • A valid driver's license and a safe driving history 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
