JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated Full-time Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and oversee our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction throughout the property. Weekend and public holiday availability is required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise, coach, and support the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Inspect guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet brand and property standards.
- Assign daily tasks, sections, and priorities to housekeeping attendants, ensuring equitable workload distribution.
- Monitor inventory of housekeeping supplies, linens, and amenities; coordinate with management to place orders and maintain adequate stock levels.
- Train new housekeeping team members on proper cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and brand standards.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, and special accommodation needs; take appropriate service recovery actions to ensure total guest satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with the Front Desk and other departments regarding room status, maintenance issues, and VIP or special guest requirements.
- Report and follow up on maintenance deficiencies and safety hazards identified during inspections.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations as well as company and brand standards.
- Promote a positive and collaborative team environment through ongoing communication, recognition, and motivation.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including assisting with deep-cleaning projects, special requests, and coverage as needed.
- In carrying out your duties you will follow all Company and Brand Standards.
