Vehicle Remarketing Administrator

What will you be doing?
- Process vehicle sale transactions promptly while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Provide buyer support by answering inquiries, explaining processes, and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare, review, and process sale-related documentation, applying correct tax rates and validating required information.
- Update and maintain vehicle records in internal and external systems.
- Reconcile accounts and collaborate with Finance on settlement-related activities.
- Process service provider invoices
- Discharge liens as required.
- Coordinate transportation, pickup, storage, and reassignment of vehicles.
- Identify and implement improvements to administrative processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Support administrative overflow tasks within the remarketing administration group.

- Professional presence and ability to liaise with all levels of internal and external management, including executive leadership; in-person and remotely.
- Initiative to work independently and multi-task while managing varying client/departmental priorities.
- Willingness to work cooperatively with others and treat fellow employees with respect.
- Excellent verbal/written communications.
- Action-oriented with the drive to take initiative and accountability for decision-making.
- Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
- Ability to leverage all available technology resources (including Artificial Intelligence platforms) to maximize productivity and quality of work.
- Prior retail automotive or remarketing experience is preferred

Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $54,610.00 - $77,825.00 CAD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
