Tasks

Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders Bake mixed dough and batters Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards Inspect kitchen and food service areas Operate machinery Organize and maintain inventory Stock shelves and display areas Price items using stamp or stickers according to price list Keep stock clean and in order Bag, box or parcel purchases for customers, for shipment or delivery Perform general cleaning duties (i.e. sweeping, mopping floors) Provide customer service Unpack products received by store and count, weigh or sort items
