What You’ll Do

We are currently accepting resumes from dedicated and energetic individuals who are looking for a career as a Lot Attendant at our Volvo Dealership, Calmont Truck Centre located in Edmonton, AB.
As a Lot Attendant, your primary responsibility will be to keep all units clean and ready for delivery or display. Your role involves keeping the display neat, orderly and clean in order to maximize the delivery of a quality product at a quality level. You will be able to work unsupervised or with minimal supervision. Other job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Inspecting new trucks to detect and damages and verify PDI.
- Recording the description of damages and list missing items on the delivery receipt.
- Parking new vehicles in assigned areas.
- Keeping the vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed by the Sales Manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
- Picking up vehicles from and deliver vehicles to storage.
- Checking all vehicles to make sure they are working properly and advise Sales Manager of any problems.
- Keeping unit keys stored in a secure location and ensure all units are locked.
- Occasionally picking up and delivering of parts, personnel, and any required paperwork.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Valid Class 1 Driver License is Required.
- Valid Class 3 is considered an asset.
- Clean driver’s abstract.
- Self-starter with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
