Mō tēnei tūranga | About the Opportunity
We have an exciting 8 month fixed-term opportunity for a Production Coordinator based at Morrinsville. This role focuses on supporting key compliance and administrative activities that keep our operations running smoothly.
You'll play a vital role in managing documentation, coordinating training and ensuring site protocols are followed.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Maintain training matrices across all departments.
- Create Purchase Orders as required.
- Coordinate new visitor and new employee inductions.
- Conduct and track scheduled audits.
- Manage controlled documents and shared drives.
- Execute routine administrative tasks and support procurement.
- Coordinate meetings, events and calendar logistics.
- Manage production schedules are liaise with supply chain teams.
- Monitor food safety and quality standards in collaboration with QA.
- Apply risk controls and contribute to a safe, supportive workplace.
This is a fixed term opportunity until November 2026.
