Senior Payroll & Benefits Specialist Language: French Language On-site 4 days a week (Friday - Work from Home) Location: Toronto, ON 6-month contract
Responsible for end-to-end payroll and benefits administration for Canada and UK employees, ensuring compliance with payroll, tax, pension, and benefits regulations. Manages bi-weekly Canadian payroll, monthly UK payroll, benefits administration, year-end reporting, payroll reconciliations, employee leaves, and HRIS (Dayforce) data maintenance. Acts as the primary point of contact for payroll and benefits inquiries while partnering with HR, Finance, and external vendor
s Key Requireme nt5+ years of payroll and benefits administration experien ceStrong expertise in Canadian payroll and UK payroll legislation (PAYE, NI, pension s)Experience managing benefits programs (medical, dental, life, disability, RRSP, pensio n)Hands-on experience with Dayforce or similar HRIS/payroll syste msBilingual English and French preferr edStrong Excel, reconciliation, compliance, and customer service ski llPCP certification preferr
