Our client is seeking a Corporate Services and Events Coordinator to oversee the daily management of meeting spaces, coordinate event-related activities, and provide support to users in a service-driven environment focused on excellence.

Responsibilities

-       Coordinate activities related to meetings, events, and collaborative workspaces.

-       Act as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and internal teams.

-       Organize event logistics and technical requirements.

-       Ensure meeting and event spaces are properly prepared and set up.

-       Monitor reservations and optimize room utilization.

-       Prepare operational reports and ensure all required follow-ups are completed.

-       Collaborate with teams responsible for support services.

-       Resolve unexpected issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

-       Perform any other related duties as required.

Requirements

-       College diploma (DEC) or relevant experience in a related field.

-       Minimum of 3 years of experience in service, event, or operations coordination.

-       Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

-       Excellent communication and organizational skills.

-       Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
