You'll work with advanced tools and systems to keep everything running smoothly - from onboarding clients to executing trades and processing complex insurance transactions. What You'll Do
- Manage and maintain our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system with accuracy and efficiency.
- Support trade processing and handle confidential client documentation.
- Coordinate and process insurance applications and high-level policy transactions.
- Collaborate with advisors to ensure smooth client onboarding and exceptional client experiences.
- Use cutting-edge software and workflow automation tools to improve efficiency.
- Provide proactive administrative support that helps the entire team perform at their best.

- Licensing or interest in pursuing securities/insurance credentials considered an asset.
