Your Future Internship Role
Take on a new challenge and start building your skills in statistical and reliability analysis within a cutting‑edge engineering environment. You’ll join a collaborative, dynamic team and gain hands‑on experience in the rail industry.
In this internship, you’ll contribute to the preparation of monthly reliability reports for various projects, helping ensure they meet quality, cost, delivery (QCD) and contractual expectations. You’ll work closely with multiple teams—such as design, project operations, and service/warranty teams—to help ensure data accuracy and alignment with Alstom Transport/Engineering processes.
You’ll support activities like issuing periodic reliability reports, performing basic statistical analyses to help identify technical weaknesses, and assisting with communication between internal teams and external suppliers.
What You’ll Do
- Support the on‑time, high‑quality delivery of reliability reports
- Flag issues or irregularities to the team and management
- Help maintain communication with Services/Warranty Implementation depots
- Assist with improving data quality and accuracy in RailSys Light
- Contribute to monitoring data received from new depots
- Apply and learn Alstom Transport/Engineering RAM processes and instructions
What We’re Looking For
We value curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a proactive mindset over experience. We don’t expect you to know everything—just bring your motivation and willingness to grow.
Here are some skills and interests that will help you succeed:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical, Electro‑mechanical, or related Engineering field
- Interest or foundational understanding of statistical methods and reliability concepts
- Basic knowledge of database tools or data management

Join us for a meaningful learning experience in an industry with long‑term stability and exciting technological innovation. During your internship, you’ll:
- Gain exposure to the rail industry and cutting-edge signalling systems
- Work with supportive, multidisciplinary teams
- Contribute to impactful, real-world engineering projects
- Learn in an inclusive and flexible environment
