How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Air Liquide Home Healthcare is currently recruiting a highly energetic and motivated Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting the positioning and promotion of the Air Liquide Healthcare Canada brand. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with sales, customer service, clinical teams, and the Commercial Excellence and Customer Experience team to support ongoing marketing and promotional activities.

Patient / End User Insights: Be an expert on the patient pathway, other key decision makers/influencers and the HCP to develop marketing strategies that meet the needs of our patients, HCPs and referral sources, as well as internal audience. Develop critical messaging.

Digital Promotion, Asset Leadership & Vendor Management: Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of digital promotions and online paid marketing (SEM) campaigns across appropriate digital platforms and channels, managing these as small to medium-sized projects. Take ownership of identifying, managing the creation of, and optimizing various digital assets (e.g., website banners, social media graphics, video content) to support marketing objectives. This includes managing relationships with external vendors who may be contracted to support or execute digital advertising initiatives.

Emerging Technology Research & Support: Support in researching and understanding emerging technologies such as AI, digital platforms, and other innovations relevant to enhancing the patient, employee, and referral partner experience. Support the evaluation of these technologies by gathering information, analyzing competitor activities, and contributing to feasibility assessments. Assist in the implementation and monitoring of pilot projects related to new technology applications, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Reporting Support: Assist in the collection and analysis of internal patient and referral data, along with other relevant data, to contribute to performance reports. Provide updates on the performance of assigned marketing programs. Support the review of Google Analytics and Google Ads to identify areas for digital program enhancements and patient promotions.

Sales & Marketing Support - Graphic Design & Content Development: Lead the development and creation of a variety of marketing and sales support materials, including brochures, product sheets, presentations, and other brand assets, to effectively communicate value propositions to HCPs and support referral generation. Collaborate with the Marketing Communications Coordinator (Solex) and Stacey Baker, as well as other internal stakeholders, to ensure content is accurate, aligned with brand guidelines, and meets the needs of the sales team.

Direct to Consumer/Patient Marketing Support: Contribute to the planning and execution of patient-focused marketing initiatives, including monthly promotions and marketing events. Lead the development and creation of engaging content for patient-facing materials, the website, and the blog, working collaboratively with the Marketing Manager, Sales Administrator, and any external vendors. Support the evaluation of the website for user experience and contribute to efforts aimed at lead generation and patient engagement. This role will also be responsible for making content updates and page adjustments within the website and the digital patient pathway.

Digital Patient Pathway Content Updates: Following the implementation of the new digital patient pathway, be responsible for making minor content updates to the website and page adjustments within the platform to ensure accuracy, relevance, and optimal user experience.

Are you a MATCH?
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing.
- 2-4 Years of experience with increasing responsibility in Marketing.
- Understanding of the Canadian healthcare environment (payers, channels, pricing), preferably in respiratory.
- Digital marketing experience - familiarity with Google Analytics or other website analytics tools, Google Ads, social media, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
- Proficiency in all Google suite applications. Proficiency in Salesforce is an asset.
- Proficiency in Canva and knowledge of graphic design principles for creating social media graphics, website graphics, other digital assets and basic print graphics.
- Proficiency with website content management systems for making content updates and page adjustments. Understanding of basic UX.UI principles for website and digital platform optimization.
- Proficiency in Mailchimp for developing and executing email marketing campaigns
- Project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and manage small to medium-sized marketing projects effectively
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices, applying to website content and digital promotion.
